Here's an overview of what types of data is accepted on which platform:

LONGITUDE AND LATITUDE (LL) .CSV FILE

• WHAT
  You receive a list of longitude and latitude (LL).
  Our delivery is a .csv file (simple excel with no formatting).
  
  
  
• HOW
  The lists of longitude and latitude (LL) can be use directly in DV360, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram as well as for hyperlocal targeting (mobile devices only) in Adform and other DSPs.
